THE 28 DAY CHALLENGE™: Fast Fierce Total Body Transformations :

Your Package Will Include:

16 Training Sessions: 4 group or personal training sessions each week for four weeks. Sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour
Cardio Plan: Your fat loss interval and cardio training program may include an additional 20-30 minutes of extra cardio after your session depending on your body type and progress.
Home Work out: The program includes 15 minutes of basic abdominal sculpting exercises that you do 5 days per week at home.
Diet Plan: The diet is a high protein, low carbohydrate, low fat, lower sugar eating plan that includes, meats, green vegetables, fruits and oatmeal. Vegetarian options are also available
Supplement Plan: We use easily available, safe supplements to help you achieve your goal.
